Accessibility
Last updated: 21 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to shop with Commercelia, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or a keyboard instead of a mouse.
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site has not yet been independently audited, and some parts may not fully meet that standard yet.
What we have done
- Pages are built with standard HTML headings, lists, labels and buttons, so assistive technology can read them.
- Icons and controls without visible text carry a text label for screen readers.
- Product image galleries can be moved through with the left and right arrow keys.
- You can choose Day (light) or Night (dark) colours at the bottom of every page.
- Animations are reduced if your device is set to reduce motion.
Known limitations
- Product descriptions and photos often come from our suppliers, and some photos may not have a full text description.
- Some product videos come from our suppliers and may not have captions.
Tell us about a problem
If you find any part of the site hard to use, or need information in a different format, please contact us. Tell us the page address and what went wrong. We will help you complete your order another way and work to fix the problem.
We review this statement as we make changes to the site.
